Our standard clean covers all main living areas, kitchen and bathrooms: dusting, wiping surfaces, stove top, sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, vacuum and mop throughout. Deep cleaning of inside cupboards, oven or windows is available as an add-on or part of a Deep Clean.
Yes. AllCare provides professional-grade cleaning products, cloths and equipment at no extra cost. If you prefer eco-only products or have sensitivities, just let us know in the notes and we can adapt.
Yes, we carry public liability insurance and all cleaners are vetted and trained. If anything ever goes wrong, we work with you quickly to make it right.
We charge transparent hourly rates with a minimum booking time. Weekly and fortnightly clients receive promo rates on the first 2 hours, and Deep Cleans have a higher hourly rate due to the extra detail involved.
No. Many of our clients provide a key lockbox or building access instructions. You’re welcome to be home for the first visit if you prefer, then move to key access once you’re comfortable.
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee, as your cleaner has reserved that time for you.
